To enhance participant flexibility, we provide the choice to attend either in-person or virtually using our specialized conference platform.
PHYSICAL PRESENTATION
Presenters are required to attend in-person onsite and make 10-15 minutes presentations (including Q & A).
VIRTUAL PRESENTATION
Presenters are required to attend in-person online and make 10-15 minutes presentations (including Q & A).
Presentation Format
1. All presentations must be prepared in English.
2. Slide Preparation; Microsoft PowerPoint (MS PowerPoint) is recommended for preparing slides. Ensure your slides are clear, concise, and visually engaging.
3. The first slide must include; Presentation Title, Presenter’s Name, Institution/Organization.
4. Use appropriate font size to make your slide readable without effort; typically, 20 point fonts should be used.
Preparation & Attendance
1. All presenters must be ready at least 10 minutes before their allocated session.
2. All speakers should check in advance whether their slides are compatible with the computer/laptop provided in the session room.
3. Please inform the Technical Team if you are planning to do a presentation using your own materials computer/laptop.
Guideline During Presentation
1. Please be present in the venue during your presentation slot.
2. Each session will be moderated by a session chair.
3. Presenter were given 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for QnA session. The chairperson will remind presenter when you have reached 8 minutes.
4. The presenters should introduce themselves to the session chairs before the beginning of the session to allow a smooth running of the session.
5. The Chairperson will manage the Q&A session based on the allocated time.
Joining the Session
Participants must enter their assigned breakout room on time.

Presentation Turn
The Chairperson will announce the order of presentations.
Participants must be present during the playback of their video presentation.
Video Presentation & Q&A
The Technical Committee will play the pre-recorded video presentation (10 minutes).
A live Q&A session (5 minutes) will follow immediately after the video.
All audience members are encouraged to participate in the Q&A.
Transition to Next Presenter
After the Q&A session, the Chairperson will invite the next presenter.
Closing Ceremony
Once all presentations are completed, all virtual participants and audiences must return to the Main Room for the ISTEC 2025 Virtual Closing Ceremony.
