Full Paper Submission Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit full papers in English, prepared using the appropriate template provided for each journal listed below. Please note that the conference organizers will not proofread or edit submitted papers.

Authors may choose to submit their manuscripts to any of the listed journals, based on the relevance of their paper to the journal’s scope. Please follow the specific submission instructions for each journal:

• For Chapters in Books by UPM Press, Science Letters, and Scientific Research Journal: Submit your manuscript via the Microsoft CMT service.

• For Malaysian Journal of Chemistry (MJChem) and International Journal of Nanoelectronics and Materials (IJNeaM): Submit directly through the respective journal websites.

Important Notes:

• Authors are fully responsible for the scientific content and for making all grammar or formatting corrections requested by reviewers or editors.

• All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

• The peer-reviewed paper submission process is managed entirely by the authors via the chosen journal’s submission system.

• Final acceptance of any manuscript is subject to a rigorous peer review process and the decision of the respective journal editors.

Acknowledgements

The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support. 

Chapters in Book (UPM Press)

1. Indexing: Scopus-indexed

2. Publication Fee: RM600 per paper.

3. Manuscript Preparation: Minimum 15-20 pages. All submissions must be made via the Microsoft CMT service.

4. Plagiarism Check: A plagiarism report with less than 20% similarity must be submitted.

5. Scope and Topics: Open to all topics and research areas relevant to the conference themes.

Malaysian Journal of Chemistry (MJChem)

1. Indexing: MJChem is a Scopus-indexed journal.

2. Publication Fee: RM400 per paper.

3. Expected Publication: Regular issues in 2026

Scientific Research Journal (SRJ) 

1. Indexing: MyCite-indexed

2. Publication Fee: RM100 per paper. 

3. Manuscript Preparation: Papers must be formatted according to the SRJ template and submitted via the Microsoft CMT service.  

4. Plagiarism Check: A plagiarism report with less than 20% similarity must be submitted.  

5. Expected Publication: Regular issues (March and September 2026)
